We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team. If you have 1–3 years of payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee payroll information and records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare payroll reports and support internal audits
  • Handle employee payroll-related inquiries, shifts and timesheets
  • Ensure accurate onboarding and offboarding payroll procedures


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar role
  • Good knowledge of payroll systems and HR/payroll software
  • Understanding of labor legislation and tax regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in English
