We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex software issues for internal teams and clients
- Manage and monitor CRM & ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses and high-quality resolutions (SLA adherence)
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and how-to articles
- Perform testing (QA) based on specifications and analyze bugs to improve system performance
- Collaborate with Product & R&D teams to support product evolution and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and support workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in software consulting, implementation, or support in HRMS or similar systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and ticketing processes
- Ability to write clear and well-structured technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Familiarity with HR/Payroll processes
