Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Shop in Rhodes, a Sales Team Leader.
About The Role
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance client satisfaction. This role involves developing sales strategies, providing training and support to team members, and monitoring performance metrics.

About The Role
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance client satisfaction. This role involves developing sales strategies, providing training and support to team members, and monitoring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities,
- Manage the Shop and his/her team of agents with responsibility for revenues and results.
- Coach and mentor real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
- Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and primary research of the market - keep the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
- Implement the sales strategies plans.
- Participate in the recruitment of new real estate agents.
- Bachelor degree or Diploma (preferably in Business - related field).
- Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional experience in Sales / Service providing industry. Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
- Analytical skills - ability to work with numbers.
