Superior Air is currently looking for a Helicopter Maintenance Assistant to join its maintenance team and support day‑to‑day aircraft maintenance operations.


Role Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed engineers with scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance
  • Support aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and technical work areas
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipment
  • Support daily operational needs as assigned by the maintenance team


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical school or vocational education in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and technical systems
  • Good command of the English language, especially technical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts when required
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aviation or technical maintenance environments
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
