As a Senior Brand Manager, you will drive the growth and strategic development of the alfa Pastry brand, leading innovation and integrated marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning and unlock new business opportunities across channels.
Your day to day will include
- Driving the long-term strategy and growth of the frozen category, including brand positioning, portfolio development, and innovation pipelines.
- Leading end-to-end product innovation and launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Managing brand communication consistency and creative development with external agencies.
- Strengthening digital presence and consumer engagement through data-driven initiatives.
- Monitoring consumer insights, market trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- 5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in the food industry, with strong brand management exposure.
- Experience in integrated communications, digital marketing, and cross-functional project leadership.
- Experience in managing and developing teams will be considered an asset.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Marketing/Business (preferred) and excellent English skills.
- Entrepreneurial, organized, and collaborative profile with leadership potential.
