We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our high caliber team.

• Writing high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule
• Code, test and debug software
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
• Communicate and explain effectively technical issues to Product Management Team and shareholders
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Act as a mentor to junior developers and developers in the team, train newcomers
  
  

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required
• 2+ years’ experience in developing Business Software
• Full understanding of business software, frameworks and business analysis
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Very good knowledge of Delphi
• Very good command of English language
• Detail oriented and results focused
• Ability to work as a team member
