THE ROLE
The Brand Manager identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans for brand growth. Uses data analytic skills, deep brand knowledge, market trends and retail customers understanding, along with creativity and critical thinking to unlock local brand success.
This is a fixed-term contract due to maternity backfill.

Qualifications
- Degree in related discipline or equivalent.
- Professional background in Brand Management at Beauty /Hair products FMCG for 5 years.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- A flair for building and managing beauty brands.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working methods.
- Pragmatic leadership & good communication skills.
- Collaborative with excellent priority setting skills.
- Strong initiative and follow through.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into customer strategies.
- High decision-making authority.
- High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills.
- Creativity and a high digital affinity.
- High service and customer orientation.
- Very good presentation skills and techniques.
