Assistant Waiters / Runners - Sappho Mykonos

A well-established hospitality group is launching a new restaurant and nightlife concept in Mykonos and is looking for service-oriented people to join our team.

We are currently seeking Assistant Waiters / Runners for two separate service teams: Restaurant Service and Club Service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the service team during daily operations.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Assist with table setup and clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or a similar service role.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
