is seeking to recruit talented Νight Auditor - Receptionist

Reports to: Front Office Manager

Position description

• Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check-in, check-out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge).
• Operating the Daily Night Audit
• Daily preparation of reports
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests’ requirements and requests, with their prompt and successful resolution.
• Regularly exceed expectations of Management, guests and associates.
• Provide a friendly and warm welcome and service to all guests.
• Friendly and warm cooperation with all colleagues and department heads
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations and all guest service guidelines.
• Maintain the Front Desk and lobby in a professional order.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications

• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position within a 5-star property
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Hospitality PMS software (Protel)
• Fluency in Greek and English, extra languages (German, Italian, French) would be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-resolution, organizational and multitasking abilities
• Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly and kind personality, with team spirit
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism (desirable)
