About The Role

Join a leading international digital environment as a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Representative based in Athens.

In this role, you will support users through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general support
• Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Work efficiently within a dynamic international team

Requirements

• Spanish: C2 / Native level
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece
  
  
  

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (8h/day)
• Rotational 8-hour shifts
• Shifts communicated in advance
• 2 rotating days off per week
  
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,045.72 gross/month
• Food allowance
• Productivity bonus
• Salary progression:
• €1,100 after 12 months
• €1,150 after 36 months
