We are looking for a talented and business-oriented WMS Consultant to join our high-performing team and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative warehouse management solutions for leading organizations.

Your contribution to the team

• Participate in the implementation, support, and optimization of WMS/logistics solutions for partners and end customers.
• Analyze warehouse operations and business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Configure the WMS application according to customer operational needs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL queries.
• Support partners and users during project implementations, testing, go-live, and post-production operation.
• Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational scenarios.
• Interest in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and business systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
