Digital Marketing Associate

At Artion Group of Companies, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (junior level) to join our marketing team and contribute to the execution of digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

This role is designed for a junior professional who is looking to build a strong foundation in digital marketing through hands-on experience in social media, website content management, SEO, and content optimization.

Role Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the team across a variety of digital marketing functions, including:

• Plan, structure and execute social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent B2B brand tone of voice
• Upload and manage website content (blog articles, landing pages)
• Structure content with proper headings, visuals, links, and SEO elements
• Improve website usability, layout, and user experience
• Apply basic on-page SEO and support keyword research and optimization
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
• Support day-to-day marketing coordination across projects
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
• Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn in a B2B context
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and quality of execution
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
