Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for a Receptionist for the upcoming summer season 2026.

Key Responsibilities Receptionist

• Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and offering excellent customer service throughout their stay
• Provide Hotel Information: Offer guests detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities, ensuring they are informed and comfortable
• Island and Local Recommendations: Provide guests with information about the island, including must-see attractions, local activities, tours, and dining options
• Handle Guest Inquiries and Requests: Address any questions or special requests, such as arranging transportation, booking services, and resolving guest concerns
• Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
• Manage Billing & Payments: Process check-outs, payments, and guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correct and efficiently handled

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team work spirit
• Ability to multitask
