Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honour the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team for the opening of the hotel in the summer of 2026. In this tole you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s and hotel’s standards.
What You Will Do
- Assist in describing and presenting menu items, including food and beverages, to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
- Communicate guest orders, including any special requests, to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery of items.
- Assist with table setup, breakdown, and maintenance of buffets, food stations, and service areas.
- Retrieve and stock linen, china, silver, glassware, and other food and beverage supplies.
- Serve appetizers, coffee, tea, bread, and butter according to Four Seasons standards.
- Provide unobtrusive and professional service, supporting the team during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
- Operate tea/coffee equipment and assist with in-room dining and other hotel outlets as required.
- Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, responding appropriately to any emergency or safety situation.
- Assist colleagues in completing other duties, including clearing tables, food running, mise-en-place, polishing equipment, and cleaning service areas.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
- Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.
