​Key Responsibilities

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be entrusted with the following:

Experience Sales & Guest Engagement

• Promote, curate and manage tailor-made luxury experiences for resort guests
• Engage directly with guests to understand their needs and elevate their stay

Documentation & Administrative Excellence

• Prepare and organize all necessary operational and guest-related documentation
• Driving collaboration with OTAs and commercial partners

Luxury Brand Representation

• Serve as a brand ambassador of Grandeur, maintaining elegance, professionalism and impeccable service standards at all times

Compliance & Operational Standards

• Adhere strictly to company’s SOPs, ensuring seamless and safe operations

Team Coordination & Support

• Collaborate closely and effectively with crew members to deliver exceptional experiences
• Contribute to a positive team culture that enhances daily workflow and guest satisfaction

Your Profile

We’re looking for passionate individuals who embody the following:

Positive and Friendly: A warm, welcoming attitude paired with a constant smile

Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills to work harmoniously with others

Multitasking Proficiency: The ability to manage diverse tasks effectively

Professional Appearance: Always present a neat, clean, and polished look

Aspiring Hostess: A desire to excel as the hostess of the World's Leading Private Cruise Company

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, with Spanish, German, or Russian as valuable additions

Work Eligibility: Open to EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit

Experience: Previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required

Seasonal Commitment: Availability to work from April to November
