Πλήρης απασχόλησηThe Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of assignedkey accounts, driving sustainable growth through long-term partnerships andvalue-based solutions. Theseaccounts are Large & Complex E&I Accounts in the sense that they arepart of a larger group of companies and operate in complex processes withmultiple departments.
The role requiresthe delivery of professional field sales and high-level customer consultationacross assigned customers nationwide within the target industry, with a strongfocus on on-site engagement and relationship building. This includes regularcoverage of Korinthos, Attica, Voiotia, and Volos for 3–5 days per month, withovernight stays as required to effectively support customer needs and businessdevelopment.
What you will do:
- Manage and strategically developdefined key accounts in both regular and project business, including products, services and software solutions.
- Providingefficient solutions and technical support on construction or production sitesbacked by our innovative range of products and services.
- Beyond managing the primarysold-to accounts on the platform, the Key Account Manager is also responsiblefor identifying, mapping, and developing all associated ship-to customerswithin the facilities linked to those accounts. This includes building relationshipswith relevant stakeholders, understanding site-specific needs, and drivingtailored solutions and incremental sales across the broader customer network.
- Workacross multiple departments within these customers and collaborate internally withcolleagues (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technicalservices, customer service) in MO Greece and abroad.
What you need is:
- Bachelor degree in engineering oreconomics or similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience insales related to industrial, energy, construction, or similar sector.
- Demonstrated ability to understandcomplex customer requirements, develop tailored value‑based solutions, anddrive strategic customer engagements.
- Strong organizational skills witha structured, proactive, and independent work style, focused on achievingtargets and driving outcomes.
- Very good level of English.
- Willingness to travel regularlywithin the assigned territory to support field sales and customer consultations.
- Valid driving license.
- Experiencewith personal computers is required, particularly in utilizing software likeMicrosoft Outlook, Power Point Presentations, Microsoft Excel
