Dutch Speaking Account Operations Support – Relocation to Greece

Introduction

We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Account Operations Support professional to join an international team based in Greece. In this role, you will support daily account-related activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with account operations and related inquiries
• Process updates, requests, and changes accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in operations or customer support is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
