Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support
- Advise customers on selecting the most suitable e-bike based on their needs
- Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, warranties, and after-sales queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
- Maintain excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes
Required:
- Ability to work as a freelancer or via own company (B2B cooperation)
- Native or fluent German with strong written and verbal communication skills
- English at B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in customer support, service, or a customer-facing role
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Interest or background in bikes, e-mobility, or tech products
- Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment
- 100% remote position – work from anywhere in Europe
