Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for products or services
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, or connectivity issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex technical cases
- Accurately document support activities
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and good English
- Technical support or IT-related experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- EU passport or valid Greek work permit
