SHM Hellas Pilion SA, a leading food manufacturingcompany in the industrial sector of Volos is currently seeking to recruit aperson for the position of:

Order Management Administrator

The position holder will report to the Supply Planning& Operations Manager and he/she will be based in our plant in Volos:

Job Description:

• Daily emails / Communication with customers toensure smooth flow/production of orders
• input of orders in loading plan and production schedule/orderconfirmation
• issue packing lists and sending shipment docs for exports
• Coordination of loadings / shipping documents / customs documents
• Establish / demand planning / production flow for the plant
• Prepare weekly sales report
• Prepare monthly consumer complaint report
• Following procedures for develpoment / production of Packaging designs
• procedure for printing new designs or corrections of artworks(transmit between client/graphic/printer from start to validation)
• monitor timelines for keeping launch dates

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Logistics, Sales, Business Administration or in anotherrelated field
• Excellentknowledge of the Englishlanguage
• Excellentknowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as an asset
• No military obligations (for male candidate)
• Team player with a positive attitude and great dedication
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to travel domestically or abroad
