Barmen / Barwomen / Barista

Mileo Mykonos is a 5- star luxury hotel located at Kalo Livadi. Our property consists of 25 suites, and we seek to offer our guests a unique experience during their stay in Mykonos. For the upcoming summer season 2026 we are looking for a Barmen/Barwomen/Barista to join our team.

About the role:

You will be part of our bar team preparing drinks/orders & serving drinks to our guests, taking care of the breakfast buffet and room service orders.

We would like to let you know that our initial communication will begin in February.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Barmen/Barwomen or in a similar position

Experience of working in a luxury hotel (4-star/5-star)

Good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus

Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances with guests

Good communications skills

Ability to make each guest feel unique, welcomed, and generally feel like ‘home’

Customer-service experience

Motivated and able to work in a team

Professional appearance & work attitude
