About the hotel:

Located just a 10-minute walk fromMykonos Town, Mykonos Earth Suites, isoperating since 2021. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of guests’arrivals and departures.
• Efficient handling of all cashieringfunctions including but not limited to cash and credit card charges, currencyexchange, cashiering close, correct invoicing, correct billing, collecting andchecking cash & receipts from departments that close during the shift.
• Answering any guest inquiries orrequests through phone, email or live in a knowledgeable, professional andtimely manner.
• Closely collaborating withHousekeeping, Maintenance and F&B team to successfully accommodate allguest requests, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction.
• Preparing all relevant reports forthe Front Office Team, the Operations Manager, the Owner and other hoteldepartments, to ensure that everyone has updated and accurate information.
• Actively participating in promotionand selling of hotel’s services and F&B facilities, as well as externalcollaborations (ex. Cruises, rentals, transfers, restaurants etc.), to obtainhotel’s financial goals.
• Handling any guest complaints orvery demanding guest requests that may occur, in an empathetic and timelymanner.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, BusinessAdministration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as areceptionist in a 5* Boutique Hotel.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
• Proficient use of MS Office and relevanthotel PMS (Preferably Pylon).
• Hands on professional with “can do”attitude and team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
