Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and accompanying guests totheir table.
• Informing and suggesting menuoptions, taking into consideration any allergens, intolerances and otherdietary preferences of the guest.
• Making recommendations on wineselections that can complement the guest's dish.
• Taking, preparing and serving theguest’s order in a professional, kind, and knowledgeable way.
• Preparing & serving coffee,beverages and spirits, as per the designated recipes.
• Issuing, and presenting the bill tothe guest in a neat and proper way.
• Actively participating in Up-sellingand cross selling within the F&B outlets in order to obtain hotel’sfinancial goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ana la carte restaurant of a 5 star Boutique Hotel.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.(Greek could be optional if employee is a foreigner).
• Very good knowledge of POS andbilling software.
• Good knowledge of food safetyregulations, wines, spirits and coffee (any relevant certificate would beconsidered a plus).
• Hands on professional with “can do”attitude and team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
