ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to support the expansion of our retail and wholesale channels in Greece. The role focuses on introducing and developing products such as artificial plants, outdoor furniture and heating products with major retail chains and key B2B customers.


This position is designed for a senior sales profile who can work independently, manage key accounts and contribute to commercial strategy.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Develop and expand B2B sales channels, including large retail chains, wholesalers and professional customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts (e.g. retail chains, garden centers, DIY stores)
• Present products, manage listings and support product onboarding into retail channels
• Participate in pricing discussions, commercial negotiations and promotional planning
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing input on product selection and pricing
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, design) to ensure smooth sales execution and supply
• Support the company’s expansion plans within Greece and potentially other Balkan markets



CANDIDATE PROFILE


• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within retail, wholesale or large chain environments
• Experience working with or selling into large retail chains is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of the Greek retail market and purchasing processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts end-to-end
• Fluency in English and Greek (English is the main working language) , knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Attica region.
• Experience with ERP systems or e-commerce platforms (e.g. Skroutz) is considered a plus
