MedRelaxHome International is an international trading company specializing in outdoor furniture and related products. Due to business growth, we are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations at our Koropi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and office support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including international suppliers
- Handle documentation such as contracts, quotations, orders, invoices, and related files
- Support order follow-up, logistics coordination, and business processes
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and third parties in English
- Support internal communication and cross-department coordination
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
- Good command of English for daily work communication
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome
- Previous experience in administration, office support, logistics, or trade is a plus
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Greek language skills and driving license are considered an advantage
