About The Role
We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international support team working on behalf of a well‑established global consumer company. In this role, you will support end users by providing clear information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information related to products and services
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Greece
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Full training and structured onboarding
- Support with relocation and settling in Greece
