About The Role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international support team working on behalf of a well‑established global consumer company. In this role, you will support end users by providing clear information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a structured international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information related to products and services
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures and quality standards

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on‑site in Greece
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
