About the Role:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers who need assistance before, during, or after their trip. Using digital channels, you’ll handle questions about bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—making sure every customer feels supported throughout their journey.

About the Role:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers who need assistance before, during, or after their trip. Using digital channels, you’ll handle questions about bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—making sure every customer feels supported throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat, email, and online tools with travel-related requests
- Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations
- Provide clear guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage policies, and refund processes
- Help with account-related topics such as profile updates, payments, and loyalty programs
- Recognize urgent or complex cases (e.g., disruptions or missed connections) and escalate when needed
- Document interactions accurately and record solutions clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure a smooth, consistent service experience
- Meet quality standards, performance goals, and response-time KPIs
- Stay updated on travel policies, destination changes, tools, and service updates
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
