Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentbeverage menus; take orders from serving employees or directly from guests;offer recommendations and answer all related inquiries
• Ensure highstandards of hygiene and cleanliness for all working areas, bar equipment,waste disposal and storage
• Monitorinventory; order and restock all bar supplies
• Maintain atall times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Follow allhealth and safety company regulations

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Preferred1-2 years as a Head Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or bar ideally withina 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellentknowledge of English language
• Strongcommunication and presentation abilities; pleasant personality with enviablecustomer service skills
• Degree /Diploma in Hospitality or WSPC certification would be an asset
• Goodexperience with cash register and ordering information system (Micros, POS)
