Costume Keeper

Costume Maintenance & Repair: Clean, inspect, and repair costumes and accessories toensure they are in perfect condition and ready for performances.

Inventory & Organization: Maintain a well-organized and labeled wardrobestorage area. Keep accurate and detailed records of all costume inventory,tracking distribution and returns, and conduct regular checks to identifymissing, damaged, or worn-out items.

Distribution & Collection: Distribute the correct costumes and accessoriesto performers before shows and collect them afterwards, checking immediatelyfor any damage. Provide support during performances tofacilitate quick costume changes.

Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the Costume Manager,designers, and the entertainment team to plan costume needs for shows, events,and themed parties. Communicate care and handling instructions to performers toensure proper use.

Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all costumes meet high presentationstandards and are free from defects (e.g., loose threads, broken zippers) thatcould pose a safety risk to performers. Adhere to all health and safetystandards in the storage and maintenance of the wardrobe.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Certification in costume design, garment care, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in costume logistics, wardrobe management, or a similar role within theatres, concerts etc.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a strong advantage.
• Excellent practical skills in garment care, sewing, mending, and alterations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during show times.
• A proactive, team-oriented, and discreet professional attitude.
