We are Hiring a Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer, to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. This role will help us scale our operations and innovate, providing robust solutions to complex challenges and supporting the overall mission of integrating advanced technologies into industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage local infrastructure
• Define application deployment processes and monitoring
• Manage and operate the company’s server backup policy
• Monitor, diagnose and fix problems
• Provision on-prem Kubernetes clusters
• Participate in meetings, designing and delivering presentations
• Prepare documentation, and progress reports

Requirements

Experience

3+ years in similar position

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering 
• Master’s degree is a plus

Professional

• Experience with Linux Server setup (Debian/RedHat, Cloud Init), administration, and monitoring
• Experience with a scripting language (Bash), and/or Python
• Experience with Networking and security best practices
• Experience with Hypervisors (KVM), ideally Proxmox
• Experience with Storage Solutions and Backup processes (TrueNas, ZFS, Ceph, Object Storage-S3)
• Experience with monitoring stack (Node-Exporter, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager)
• Experience with Active Directory (or other LDAP solutions)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments (Talos Linux, K3s, etc.)
• Familiarity with Cloud Resources, IAM (AWS, Scaleway, etc.)
• Excellent use of English (oral, written, understanding).
