Business Application Integration Specialist

KG Law Firm, a leading and innovative Greek law firm, recognized as one of the largest and most prestigious multidisciplinary law firms in Greece, is looking for a Business Application Integration Specialist to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital backbone of one of Greece’s top-tier law firms and actively contribute to its ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in business application migration projects, implementing integrations to ensure seamless system upgrades.
• Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot data synchronization across business systems and connected applications.
• Provide support and guidance to application users regarding integration issues and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and optimize business systems integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and modern technology adoption to enhance efficiency
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by automating business processes and improving system efficiency.

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline with a focus on software applications.
• At least 1 year of experience with business application integrations, ETL/database processes, covering middleware platforms, APIs and data handling, and workflow automation.
• Excellent command of English (Proficiency level).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data management principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):
• Experience with MS Office 365 Apps and cloud applications.
• Experience with business reporting and analytics tools.
• Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (ΑΙ), process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
