As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales motion: identifying opportunities, opening doors, and booking meetings that lead to high-impact partnerships in Retail & E-commerce.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales motion: identifying opportunities, opening doors, and booking meetings that lead to high-impact partnerships in Retail & E-commerce.
Your Mission - Be the Voice that Sparks New Business
- Identify and reach out to key decision-makers in mid-to-enterprise companies
- Lead outbound calls and email outreach across international markets
- Present our platform’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Book meetings and hand over high-quality leads to our sales team
- Collaborate with Sales Executives on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Hit (and beat!) your monthly goals for outreach and meetings booked
- Fluent English (you can confidently sell over the phone)
- Great energy and communication-you’re confident, curious, and persuasive
- Proactive, organized, and hungry to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong pipeline management & time prioritization skills
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B, or tech sales
- Background in RetailTech, E-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce and outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach)
- Attending expos or sales events abroad
- Ability to identify stakeholders and spark great business conversations
