Overview
TITAN Group is seeking a Group Procurement Reporting & Controlling Manager to support Group Procurement in monitoring performance, delivering advanced analytics, and ensuring robust reporting and governance across the organization. The role is responsible for Group spend analysis, performance tracking through Management Information Systems, and the ownership of Group Procurement Master Data Governance, ensuring a single, trusted “golden record” of procurement data across all Business Units.
The position plays a critical role in shaping a common, structured reporting approach and toolkit for business leaders within and beyond Group Procurement. The role holder will be supported by a Group Procurement Analyst and a Master Data Coordinator, contributing to capability building, process harmonization, and data excellence across the Group.
The role will be based at TITAN Group Headquarters in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities
Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management
- Lead Group Procurement Reporting & Controlling, co-defining key performance metrics and KPIs with senior management.
- Develop, run, and refine complex analytical models, including sensitivity analyses and multi-variate scenarios.
- Perform advanced spend analyses at Group and local level, identifying insights, trends, and performance drivers.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc executive reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collect inputs from Category Managers and produce recurring Procurement and Commodities reports, continuously enhancing reporting frameworks and outputs.
- Own and continuously enhance the Group Procurement Management Information System, designing new features aligned with evolving reporting needs.
- Lead and maintain the Group Procurement Master Data Governance framework, ensuring harmonized processes, stakeholder alignment, and effective technology implementation.
- Coordinate and develop the Master Data Coordinator, ensuring consistency and quality of Procurement Master Data across all Business Units, in close cooperation with Group IT.
- Lead the periodic Budget and Rolling Plan input process from Group Procurement to Regions and Business Units, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement.
- Support and contribute to Group Procurement projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Apply strong governance mechanisms, including progress reviews, coordination meetings, dashboards, and problem-solving sessions.
- Coordinate and mentor the junior Group Procurement Analyst, ensuring high-quality outputs and capability development.
- Act as a key interface with Procurement and Finance stakeholders across Regions and Business Units.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful management information is delivered to Group Procurement senior management.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the Group Corporate Center (Finance, Digital/IT, Engineering, etc.) and the Regions, fostering a culture of transparency and collective effort.
Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in STEM disciplines may also be considered.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international procurement, reporting, controlling, or analytical roles within a corporate or central function.
- Proven ability to develop multi-source data models that integrate ERP, spend cubes, performance reporting, KPIs, and Management Information Systems.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining procurement taxonomy.
- Experience supporting senior management and managing complex initiatives as a project manager or core team member.
- Exposure to international and multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Military obligations completed (where applicable).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and BW functionality, particularly MM and FI modules.
- Advanced proficiency of Power BI using DAX and Power Query
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics/reporting tools.
- Strong procurement and controlling expertise, including spend analysis and reporting.
- Solid financial and business acumen within an industrial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in management reporting.
- Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, project, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, independent, and performance-driven mindset.
