We are seeking a professional with a solid foundation in research or project coordination, a high level of attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating social impact.

About the role We are looking for a Fundraising & Research Associate to join our Development department. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our network by conducting strategic research, managing donor data, and coordinating essential partnership activities. We are seeking a professional with a solid foundation in research or project coordination, a high level of attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research on corporations, foundations, and HNWI to identify and qualify potential donors and strategic partners.
- Proposal Development: Support the end-to-end preparation of fundraising proposals, including data collection, budget alignment, and the creation of compelling presentations.
- Partnership Management: Act as a point of contact for partners and assist in the cultivation and development of new collaborations.
- Events & CSR Coordination: Lead the logistics and organization of donor events, CSR initiatives, and high-level meetings.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Support community engagement activities through systematic stakeholder mapping and impact analysis.
- Data Intelligence: Manage CRM updates, maintain accurate donor records, and gather essential material for impact reporting.
- Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Fundraising & Development team to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in fundraising, market research, partnership management, or project coordination.
- Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is eager to take initiative and grow within the field of NGO development.
- Experience working in NGOs, research institutions, or consultancy firms.
- 3 extra holiday days than your PTO (as stipulated by Greek law).
- 3 personal learning days per annum with a 100€ company contribution.
- 2 volunteer days off per annum to be used at another organization.
- Hybrid work model: One remote day per week.

- 2nd Interview: with the CEO & CFO/HR Manager.
