We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s passionate about helping people succeed. You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, support their journey with our platform, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s passionate about helping people succeed. You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, support their journey with our platform, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your Mission - Make Every Customer a Power User
- Lead onboarding & training sessions: Empower new users to get value fast
- Be the first line of support: Help customers troubleshoot issues and navigate the platform confidently
- Monitor customer health: Track key metrics and proactively address red flags
- Coordinate across teams: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve problems fast
- Keep customer satisfaction high by ensuring every interaction is smooth and helpful
- Fluent in speaking English is mandatory (German & other languages are a plus!)
- Prior Experience in Customer Success or Support, ideally in tech or digital services
- Great at breaking down complex topics into clear, helpful answers
- A proactive mindset-you spot issues before they escalate
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Organized and able to juggle multiple requests and priorities
- Experience in a SaaS company or tech product environment
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting data
- Familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce, Jira, Freshdesk, etc)
