Roes Cooperativa is a social cooperative enterprise of the ‘20s created by professional trainers, social workers, project managers and informal groups aiming to create an alliance that hosts innovative, experiential and non-formal education approaches. The company is registered at the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) database of Greece (000165603011).

Roes Cooperativa was created with the need to bring innovation in non-formal learning by using its members to achieve its mission.

Vision: To create an open world where everyone has learning opportunities to develop and grow.

Goal: To redefine experiential learning by offering fresh and professional educational programs through customized methods and approaches.

Due to the continuous development of its activities, Roes Cooperativa is now opening a full-time but can also be part time a Community & Mobility Manager position for a person willing to join its team around Athens, Greece.

Main Tasks (indicative)

  • Coordinate communication, onboarding, and follow-up with participants, volunteers, interns, and partners across Roes activities.
  • Support the implementation of mobility projects (KA1, ESC hosting & sending) with a focus on smooth participant experience.
  • Coordinate ESC sending activities, from promotion to follow-up and evaluation.
  • Support and nurturing Roes’ online and offline community, including participants, alumni, volunteers, and learners.
  • Contribute to the organisation of local events, meet-ups, and community activities.
  • Manage and operate internal digital workflows and tools used for participant coordination and project implementation.
  • Coordinate and support young people involved in projects and activities, including occasional facilitation when needed.
  • Mentor and supervise interns, supporting their learning paths and involvement in daily activities.
  • Contribute to the development of local ESC initiatives and KA1 Youth Exchange activities.
  • Support light budget monitoring for activities and events under their responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of EU-funded programmes (Erasmus+ Youth, ESC).
  • Familiarity with project coordination and community-based activities.
  • Strong command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Digital confidence and willingness to work with multiple online tools and systems.
  • Ability to coordinate people, processes, and timelines in a structured way

Extra Qualifications (considered An Asset)

  • Previous experience with Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps projects.
  • Experience in community management, participant coordination, or youth work.
  • Experience working with digital tools, automations, or no-code platforms.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring volunteers, interns, or youth groups.
