We’re looking for a People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will influence organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, and complex people matters. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead multi-functional initiatives that strengthen scalability, compliance, and organisational effectiveness in a global, remote-first environment.

What you get to do::

Strategic People Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions, providing insight on organisational structure, team effectiveness, leadership behaviours, and performance outcomes.
  • Support leaders through restructures, reorganisations, entity expansion, and role clarity initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Employee Relations & Leader Capability

  • Independently manage or advise on mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify patterns and recurring themes, recommending structural or behavioural interventions that improve long-term outcomes.
  • Coach leaders and People Advisors to strengthen performance management capability and enable early, effective intervention.

Workforce Planning & Organisational Effectiveness

  • Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities, including capability needs analysis, succession risk assessment, and headcount prioritisation in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Finance.
  • Provide actionable insights into workforce composition, talent gaps, and organisational health to support informed decision-making.

People Process Optimisation & Systems Enablement

  • Improve and standardise onboarding, performance, and employee lifecycle processes across entities to support scale and consistency.
  • Partner with People Operations and HRIS teams to implement automation and scalable workflows that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure people processes support compliance, operational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as capability frameworks, policy harmonisation, talent indicators, or organisational readiness programs.
  • Provide subject-matter guidance to People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal on complex people-related matters.

Requirements:

What it takes to succeed:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles, ideally within multi-jurisdiction environments.
  • You demonstrate strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders across regions and leadership groups.
  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex, cross-functional problems without established playbooks.
  • You bring deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations.
  • You apply an analytical mindset, combining qualitative insight and workforce data to deliver practical, strategic recommendations.
  • You communicate with clarity and neutrality, able to articulate complex people issues with precision and confidence.
  • You have a proven track record of driving process improvement and systems enablement to support scale, consistency, and compliance.

What you can look forward to::

At Paymentology, it’s not just about building world-class payment technology, it’s about building a company where people feel they belong and their work truly matters. You’ll join a diverse, global team committed to making a meaningful impact through what we do. Whether collaborating across time zones or contributing to initiatives that support local communities, you’ll find purpose, growth, and flexibility in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
