Athenian Mattress Company is currently in search of a E Commerce & Digital Manager to drive our performance agenda — from e-commerce to omnichannelexperience and customer lifetime value for Media Strom brand at Markopoulo Attica.

Athenian Mattress Company is the market leader in Greece in themanufacturing and trading of sleep products. The company operates the country’smost advanced mattress production facility — and one of the top three in Europe— setting industry standards in design, quality, and hygiene. As a model manufacturing enterprise, itdelivers pioneering sleep solutions tailored to modern consumer needs. Thecompany develops and manages a portfolio of sleep product brands that serve distinctsegments of the market, addressing a wide range of consumer and businessrequirements. These brands include Media Strom, Stromatex, Zenius, and Sleep Dimmer. Athenian Mattress Industry is supported by a robust and continuouslyexpanding distribution network, currently comprising approximately 400 retailpoints, 2,700 hotels, and multiple e-commerce platforms.

Role Purpose

This is a senior hands-on role for thosewho can connect the dots between data, creativity, and commercial results.

We are seeking an E Commerce & Digital Manager with a strong strategic and operational background, who will take fullownership of managing, developing, and optimizing the company’s digitalecosystem.

This role brings together all keytouchpoints between the brand and its customers — from the website ande-commerce to the CRM lifecycle and the omnichannel experience — aiming tocontinuously enhance performance, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands-ondigital leader with at least 10 years of experience in retail orconsumer-driven brands, deep expertise in performance and a proven ability tolead teams and external partners with a clear commercial focus.

Key Accountabilities

1. Digital Ecosystem &Website Performance

  • Leadthe overall digital presence of the brand with focus on performance, speed, anduser experience.
  • Developand execute an integrated digital strategy to improve traffic quality andconversion rates.
  • Overseedigital analytics and reporting (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta, web analytics tools)with benchmarking across markets and channels.
  • Developand maintain microsites for partnerships and new concept projects.
  • Managerelationships with external agencies, ensuring consistency, performance, andROI.

2. E-Commerce Growth &Commercial Enablement

  • Monitoroverall e-commerce performance (traffic, average transaction value, sales mix).
  • Identifygrowth opportunities and drive cross-channel synergy between e-shop and retail.
  • Designtargeted sales campaigns and improve content, UX, and UI across platforms.

3. Social & Digital Communication

  • Createand oversee the monthly digital calendar, aligning activations,campaigns, and key brand moments.
  • Supervisecommunity management and strengthen the brand’s organic social presence.
  • Optimizepaid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, GDN, and YouTube based on performance KPIs.

4. Digital Budget Ownership & Performance Governance

  • Manageand evaluate the annual digital budget (CRM, media, content,technology).
  • Ensureaccountability for ROI/ROAS and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Contributeto the annual plan, including forecasting and scenario analysis.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce management.
  • Proven ability to lead a small team (1 direct report) and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance campaign management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command ofEnglish, both written and spoken.
