As Sales Account Executive for Northern Greece based in Thessaloniki , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in both existing and emerging markets. We are seeking professionals with a proven track record of creating long-term value for organizations, who are passionate about customer success and adept at solving evolving client needs. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a willingness to travel in order to foster strong, strategic partnerships.


» Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.

» Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support.

» Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

» Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with Edenred solutions, driving long-term retention.

» Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and present insights to enhance efficiency.

» Foster a cooperative and dynamic environment within the organization to achieve collective success.


WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

» A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics

» 3-4 years of B2B sales experience

» Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

» Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

» Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

» Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics

» Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments

» Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus

» Team player

» Strong analytical and organizational skills

» Fluent in Greek and English
