Digital Solutions Engineer

Location: Greece (preferably Thessaloniki region)

What You’ll Do

• Actively support deployment projects and assist project teams in solution design and implementation.
• Supervise installations, participate in software testing, and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Participate in developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions, demos, and simulations.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and perform managed services for deployed solutions; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Monitor implemented systems, perform inspections, and offer remote support.
• Prepare reports on system status, failures, and customer requests.
• Participate in testing cycles – delivery to client, as well as product testing.
• Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise.
• Keep customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Technical skills:
• General network knowledge (DNS, certificates, firewalls)
• Understanding of Windows and Android systems
• Familiarity with APIs and basic programming (JavaScript, Python)
• Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in mining industry
• Experience with software/hardware and network solutions
• Soft skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Customer-centric mindset and safety-first approach
• Ability to multitask on different projects and tasks
• Skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders
• Drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Languages:
• Fluent English
• Greek fluency preferred
• Other:
• Willingness to travel domestically (≈50%)
