About The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage high-volume hiring across multiple roles and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently, candidate pipelines remain strong, and hiring targets are met while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
As a Recruitment Specialist, You Will
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer coordination, with a strong focus on volume hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and volume requirements, and translate them into clear role profiles and hiring plans.
- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels to maintain a steady pipeline.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a consistent and structured selection process.
- Manage candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and data quality.
- Support onboarding coordination and first-day readiness to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives as required.
- Monitor recruitment progress, flag risks, and proactively adjust sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process optimizations and supporting recruitment best practices.
- Two to three years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.\
- A degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued.
- Strong English language skills; additional languages such as German are considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze challenges and act quickly.
