As an Food & Beverage Manager you will

• Oversee and manage all Food & Beveragedepartments, including culinary operations, restaurants, bars, and roomservice.
• Provide strong leadership, supervision, andcontinuous development of the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient dailyoperations.
• Cultivate a positive, motivating, andteamwork-oriented environment with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding guestexperiences by proactively addressing guest and employee concerns.
• Take full ownership of guest complaints,ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation when necessary.
• Maintain and enhance quality, consistency, andpresentation standards across all food and beverage outlets.
• Lead all staffing activities, includingrecruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
• Develop and implement strategic goals andaction plans to effectively meet departmental objectives.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor thefinancial performance of all Food & Beverage operations.
• Ensure full compliance with hotel policies,health and safety regulations, and accounting standards.
• Promote clear and effective communicationthrough regular team meetings, reporting, and coordination.
• Participate in management meetings and carryout additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.

Entry Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in acomparable leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment,combined with at least five years of overall Food & Beverage and/orculinary experience.
• Excellent command of written and spokenEnglish; proficiency in an additional language will be considered a strongasset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Officeapplications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience withhotel operating systems is essential.
• Proven ability to manage guest requestseffectively and consistently exceed guest expectations, delivering a high levelof personalized service.
