We are looking for a Customer Support Account Manager to join a professional, performance-driven team based in Athens.

What Youll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned B2B clients
• Manage ongoing customer relationships and ensure high service satisfaction
• Handle requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account performance and client retention
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent German and good command of English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented, organized, and performance-driven mindset
  
  
  

Salary & Bonus

• €1,760 gross per month x 14 salaries
• Uncapped quarterly performance bonus based on individual results
