Front Office Manager

High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.

Key responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• Manage Front Office department.
• Ensure implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge.
• Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture.
• Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and quality.
• Deliver finance, cost and payroll targets.
• Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction.
• Work in partnership with all HODs to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded regarding room requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring for the Department.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
• Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
• Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
• Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus.
• Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset.
• Hands-on leader
• Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
