We are looking for a Services Team Leader to join our high-caliber team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the SFA/CRM services team
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects and ensure high-quality outputs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on projects
- Coordinate requirements analysis and validate configurations and testing
- Assign and prioritize support tickets across the team to ensure timely resolution
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and solution optimization sessions
- Guide the team during training and post–go-live support
- Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM/SFA implementations and services delivery
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams
- Strong understanding of business workflows and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on partner relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Problem-solving mindset and focus on service quality
