About The Role

We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the FedEx project. This is a fully remote position, offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and performance-based rewards.

What You Will Do

Provide customer support to Italian clients via phone, email, or chat.

Assist with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and general inquiries.

Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with FedEx standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary

1100.00 gross monthly salary

Performance Bonus

Up to 15% of your gross salary, based on productivity and target achievement.

Salary Increase

After 36 months of employment, salary increases to 1150.00 gross (applied from the first payroll cycle after completing 36 months).

Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements

Native or fluent Italian.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to work remotely and independently.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 08.00-21.00 (8 hours per day, with rotative shifts)
