Waiter / Waitress A

Best candidate’s profile:

• 2 years minimum experience as a head waiter/waitress
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Experience working at F&B department
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Pleasant personality with strong organizational communicational and leadership skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services and respond to all the requests or complaints
• present the menu to the guests , take food and drink orders, checks and payments
• assist the captain in the efficient operation of the restaurant
• Attention to detail
• responsible for keep the tables clean
• communicate with all the kitchen and serving staff
• follow the hygiene and safety rules
