Assistant Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, croissants and specialty baked goods daily.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of all bakery products.
• Assist in the development of new bakery items and seasonal specialties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
• Monitor inventory and manage the proper storage of ingredients.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Best candidate's profile:

• Proven experience as a Baker in hotels, restaurants, or patisseries (preferably 5-star environment).
• Excellent knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Attention to detail and high standards for taste and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings.
• Good command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
