This part-time Sales Development Representative (Part Time Associate) position supports our outreachefforts by connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn and phone calls,nurturing early-stage relationships, and scheduling calls for the sales team.It’s well-suited for motivated individuals looking for an additional higheffort-to-return income and to build skills in sales, business development, andprofessional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Identify andresearch high-potential prospects on LinkedIn
  • Conduct calls to identify andqualify potential clients
  • Send and Testmessages to engage prospects
  • Buildrapport and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
  • Book callsand schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain lead forms connectedto the CRM
  • Track personaloutreach performance and report weekly on progress toward KPIs
  • Providefeedback on messaging and engagement strategies to improve results
  • Representthe company professionally and positively in all interactions

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedInprospecting, CRM use, and pipeline tracking
  • Strong communication skills(Greek & English)
  • Organization, follow-up, andreporting discipline
  • Tech literate

Time application

  • Daily prospecting: ~30%
  • Phone calls / booking and following up on calls: ~50%
  • CRM updates, reporting, and tracking KPIs: ~20%

  • Demonstrated ability to manageoutreach campaigns and successfully book meetings
  • Familiarity with CRM systemsand basic pipeline reporting
  • Comfortable using standardOffice tools
