This part-time Sales Development Representative (Part Time Associate) position supports our outreachefforts by connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn and phone calls,nurturing early-stage relationships, and scheduling calls for the sales team.It’s well-suited for motivated individuals looking for an additional higheffort-to-return income and to build skills in sales, business development, andprofessional communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify andresearch high-potential prospects on LinkedIn
- Conduct calls to identify andqualify potential clients
- Send and Testmessages to engage prospects
- Buildrapport and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
- Book callsand schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain lead forms connectedto the CRM
- Track personaloutreach performance and report weekly on progress toward KPIs
- Providefeedback on messaging and engagement strategies to improve results
- Representthe company professionally and positively in all interactions
Required Skills
- Proficiency in LinkedInprospecting, CRM use, and pipeline tracking
- Strong communication skills(Greek & English)
- Organization, follow-up, andreporting discipline
- Tech literate
Time application
- Daily prospecting: ~30%
- Phone calls / booking and following up on calls: ~50%
- CRM updates, reporting, and tracking KPIs: ~20%

- Comfortable workingindependently, showing discipline, ownership, and initiative
- Demonstrated ability to manageoutreach campaigns and successfully book meetings
- Familiarity with CRM systemsand basic pipeline reporting
- Comfortable using standardOffice tools
