Role Overview
The ProcurementOfficer oversees all purchasing and storekeeping operations of Zélia Halkidiki.Reporting to the Chief Financial Controller, this role ensures efficient,transparent, and cost-effective procurement processes, manages supplierrelationships, supervises inventory flow, and leads the Store & LogisticsAssistant. Daily collaboration with Finance, Culinary, Operations, andTechnical Services ensures seamless supply across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manageprocurement for all departments — Culinary, Housekeeping, Technical, Spa, andAdministration.
- Review purchase requests, issue and follow up on Purchase Orders throughMaterials Control.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain approved vendorlists.
- Oversee goods receiving, storage, and stock issuance; ensure quality andaccuracy.
- Maintain inventory control and cost tracking in coordination with Finance andCulinary teams.
- Supervise logistics, transfers, and documentation between central stores andoutlets.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, sustainability standards, andprocurement ethics.
- Generate weekly procurement and stock reports for the Chief FinancialController.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diplomain Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Hospitality Operations.
- 4–6 years’ experience in procurement or stores management within thehospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Materials Control, Opera Cloud, and Simphony.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Understanding of Greek supplier markets and import logistics.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
